I’d suggest mixing chicken 500gm chicken with 1/2 tsp of extra salt and 1/2 tsp of extra black pepper and then and keep it for 10-15 mins.
Flour Mixture:
Flour: 1/2 cup
Garlic Powder: 1/2 tsp (Order Online)
Black Pepper: 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder: 1tsp
Then mix the flour with the seasoning mentioned above and then deep fry it for 3-4 mins. If you want to bake then bake it at 220°C for 40 mins flipping halfway.
Sauce Mixure:
Mango: 1 Big
Lemon Juice: 2 tbsp
Honey: 1/4 Cup
Apple Cider Vinegar: 1/4 cup (Order Online)
Paprika/Chilli Powder: 1/2 tsp
Garlic: 2 cloves
Naga Chilli: 1 pc
Chilli: 1 pc (Optional)
After adding the chicken to the sauce if you’re baking then bake about 8-10 min at 230°C.
