Mezbani Beef Recipe

We visited Chittagong a few days ago and had Authentic Mezbani Beef. Already uploaded that vlog on our Petuk Couple channel. That time we recorded the marination process of that recipe, so thought to make it in our own kitchen.

✅ Ingredients List:

Beef/Mutton (মাংস): 2KG
Liver (কলিজা): 300-400gm
Clove (লবঙ্গ): 8-9 pcs
Cardamom (এলাচ) : 9-10 pcs
Bay leaves (তেজপাতা): 3-4 pcs
Cinnamon (দারচিনি): 2-3 Long
Garlic paste (রসুন বাটা): 4tsp
Onion (পেঁয়াজ): 1 cup

Ginger paste (আদা বাটা): 5tsp
Nuts paste (বাদাম বাটা): 100gm
Mustard paste (সরিষা বাটা): 1 tbsp
Cumin paste (গুঁড়া/বাটা): 4 tsp
Fennel (মৌরি): 4-5 tsp
Fenugreek (মেথি): 3 tsp
Nutmeg powder (জয়ফল গুঁড়া): 1tsp
Mace (জয়ত্রী): 2-3 small pieces
Coconut (নারিকেল কুড়ানো): 1tbsp
Sour yogurt (টক দই): Half Cup
Mustard oil (সরিষার তেল): 0.5cup
White pepper (সাদা গোলমরিচ): 1 tbsp
Chilli Powder (মরিচের গুঁড়া): 4 tsp
Turmeric powder (হলুদের গুঁড়া): 1.5 tsp
